Yes, if you purchase them from a reputable company. Also depends on what you are buying. Be careful of products that have expiration dates or sterile supplies (torn packages, and moisture will make them no longer sterile). Use something like Pay Pal online so that you may recover your money if the products are defective.

Personally,I would NOT as there are so many fakes out there and some are lethal. A reputable chemist has to be the safest,surely? You are dicing with death if you do.
